We signed contracts for 3 properties and paid about $4,000 down and set up auto pay. They have not taken any payments out, but are billing for thousands more. We have tried, dozens of times since october to reconcike the acxount becasue they show zero payments. We have shown our bank statements and it doesnt matter. We have tried Clint Adler, their district manager, many times as well, with no help. The technicians have done well, but the management and billing are by far the worst we have ever dealt with. They don't mind threatening collections, but cant show any payments received. Looking at other reviews, I see a pattern.

In Sept 2024, we signed up for the annual termite service and paid just under $500. The transaction went through no problems. We were told at that time that a technician would call and schedule to come out and inspect and perform the services we paid for. We received a text with a time range of when someone would come. This happened 3 times but no one ever showed up. 3 no call no shows. That was Oct of 2024. We decided to go with another company since Terminex was having problems with staffing. We requested a refund from the customer service folks at 855-921-5619 but after many calls with no luck, we decided to call the local rep. We called Clint Adler 812-461-8742 and he told us he would look into it and let us know about our refund that same day. That was a week ago and he never called back. He's ignored our follow up calls and texts. So to recap, we paid for annual service up front, they no call no show 3 times so we decide to cancel. We've spent months now trying to get a refund and they will not help us. I would avoid these people as they are shady thieves. EDIT: They have now said they will mail a refund check in 4-6 weeks. I asked if they could refund the card they charged but they said it was against their policy.
