We have been using Terminix for several years and our service has been spectacular. Our precious technician, and our current technician, Doug, really seem to care about ensuring any and all issues are addressed immediately, when we have anything that may pop up in between scheduled service calls. We also get mosquito treatment, which has been a life saver after the recent flooding, and we also live on a pond. Nobody gets bit in my yard!!

I received a 5 star experience with Terminix, I really appreciate when they give me a friendly reminder of the time for my inspection because sometimes I lose track of when I’m scheduled for Service. Also, they are very prompt and professional and do a great job. I have not seen any activity since I’ve been using their service. Thank you again for your great performance.

I usually don’t leave reviews, but I have to this time. Dylan left my house recently, and was super professional, friendly, and honest. He was clear that I could likely find services much cheaper but he couldn’t quote me any lower than a certain amount. I’d recommend them to anyone. Thank you so much!

David Foster is a blessing. We needed help on a Sunday. Sent him a text and he call right away to reassure us about a situation in our home. It rare for people to go above and beyond these days. Though I never thought I’d have a business relationship with my pest control guy, but we’ve worked with David for years. He has high integrity, he’s knowledgeable and there when you need him. His personality is a plus!

I truly can’t say enough great things about the Terminix team. After contacting multiple companies for an extraction need in 2023, I ultimately decided to go with Terminix. I’ll admit—I was a bit hesitant at first, as I hadn’t had great experiences with service providers in the past and was starting to lose faith in the level of integrity I expected, even at a basic level. Terminix completely restored that faith and has exceeded my expectations every step of the way. Starting with Danny in the extraction division—he is AMAZING. He’s always responsive, knowledgeable, patient, on time, and incredibly courteous. He’s truly fantastic at what he does. Nick in pest control has also been AWESOME. His consistent communication is especially important with my job, and he always delivers. He’s polite, respectful of my property, knowledgeable, punctual, and excellent at his work. Matt in the PCC division has been WONDERFUL as well. He’s highly communicative and knowledgeable, always advising me on the best course of action. I never feel like I’m being upsold or pushed into unnecessary services, which has been a concern with other companies. He’s consistently on time, respectful, and outstanding at what he does. In addition to these 3, I’ve also had great experiences with Hunter and his excellent service. Everyone I’ve worked with has been courteous, reliable, and clearly well-trained. The Indy-area team is truly impressive—you’ve gained a very happy, long-term client! Thank you!

I’ve been really impressed with the service from Derek at Terminix. He is always extremely thorough and takes the time to make sure every area is properly treated. He takes the time to check in with us and explain all the treatments. You can tell he takes pride in the quality of his work. On top of that, he’s a very personable and friendly guy, which makes the whole experience even better. We’ve had excellent results with the pest control. Highly recommend Derek!

Matt has done a great job, making sure to communicate with us with reminders the day before and the day of with what service will be provided and to ask if we are having specific issues.
