The technician was very friendly, helpful, knowledge full, and helped put us all at ease about the pest problem. He didn’t just set things up and leave. He explained why and where he put the equipment and what we needed to do or not do, what to expect, etc. Just a truly amazing person to be able to enter someone strangers home and make them feel like everything will be fine and you can relax, he is taking care of your problem. I can’t say enough about Otis he is a great help! Need more like him !

Carl came to my house to rid of a bee hive that had invaded the side of my house. There could not have been a better serviceman than Carl! So glad I saw ad for Terminix with squirrel pictured. My current plan did not cover this service. I was so glad Mike came out to access , evaluate and implement plan. Kevin followed through with custom entrapment extraordinaire. Not only did he inspect in a crawl through the closet but continued outside on the roof to 2nd level & found the point of entry. He persisted through rainstorm that started & stopped 4 times while he was on roof. He listened carefully to me and believed what I said that lead to precision. What a team ! Sanitation & insulation topper follow.
