I had terminix out to spray my house for pests. The technician was very polite and professional and did a great job spraying. But during the visit, he removed the door off my oven and since that time we haven't been able to reattach it. We contacted the manager and he instructed us that he would come out to take photos for insurance. He never showed up, but called the next day and said that his branch manager had chosen to deny any claim of damage outright, stating that there's no way of knowing if it was damaged before their technician arrived. I reached out to customer service and was given the run around. They said they'd contact the local manager and he would reach out to me. It's been nearly a month since the start of this incident and I've not had a working oven throughout this time. To their credit, customer service did issue a refund for the service. But that doesn't cover the repair bills or a replacement oven. Terminix, feel free to reach out to me. I'd appreciate hearing back from someone in your corporate office.

Amanda is the best! She’s very knowledgeable and thorough. She cares about her work. Wish I could give her more stars. We requested that she be our regular technician. We had a great experience with Terminix! Brad, Zach, and Hunter were professional, knowledgeable, and very respectful of our home. They took the time to explain everything clearly and did an excellent job with our crawlspace encapsulation and pest services. The crawlspace looks amazing, and we already feel better knowing everything was done correctly and thoroughly. Their attention to detail and customer service really stood out. Highly recommend this team if you want honest, dependable service done right!

Wonderful experience! Amanda was so very thorough, friendly, and prompt. She tailored her schedule to fit our family’s needs and was so respectful of our home (even wearing shoe covers) and our time. She made sure to watch for all of our pets and even found a wasp nest outside and removed it! Couldn’t ask for better service.

I had a great experience with this wildlife removal service. Two technicians came out, and both were professional, knowledgeable, patient and extremely helpful. They took time to fully inspect every area thoroughly, took photos, explained what they found and walked me through the best plan to resolve the problem. Amanda is great. She showed me everything she saw and explained how it might have happened. She's very knowledgeable. She came back a week later, as planned, for assistance with flea removal. Again, friendly and competent. I look forward to her returning for my next service need. Give this girl a raise! All my cats and dog loved her, too, and she was very sweet and respectful towards them. It feels like she cares not just about her work, but how she affects her customers and their pets.
