Wish could give 0 star for this office. I called corporate for a one time service to treat the nest of wasp I had in one of my properties. Their technician Albert came out and started to break open the nest then spray some light dust and left. Next day, the wasps came back and multiplied. Called back on multiple occasions to have them retreat the area within the 30 day satisfactory period. I was placed on the schedule 3 times but never showed up. Called corporate to request for a refund but was informed that the branch manager refused to pay back. They committed a robbery and will take legal action to get my money back. Please take your business somewhere else. I called Vikings who came out and instead of breaking the nest they sprayed dust and kept it in tact. Next morning wasps were gone. They also came back again free charge to remove the nest. I will serve them with a letter to sue and will take you to civil court if you don't contact me to resolve this matter at the earliest.

Bryant stopped by our house today. He was on time, knowledgeable in all the services we needed today and he was very professional. He repaired 5 different locations where my gutter guards had slipped down. He needed longer sheet screws in a couple locations and had the supply on hand. After that, he treated our large yard for moles and then asked if there was anything else we needed today. Terminix quarterly service inspection received recently was above and beyond! Our experience with our assigned skilled service technician, Derrick, is extremely professional and he spent a considerable amount of time communicating with family and checking out things we were asking about this past visit. He is reliable and has provided effective pest control services. Having Terminix service (both annual termite inspections and quarterly pest control inspection contracts), for over 25 years, we have been pleased with the quality services he delivers. Derrick is very thorough, he provides advance notice of inspection service appointments (works with us if scheduling issues arise), and he makes himself readily available to address any specific "bug" issues that might arise. The personal interaction with our friendly technician, Derrick, makes for a positive experience with easily communicating with him regarding "pest" control issues that may come up in between quarterly inspections, providing a process for identification and providing quick resolving/necessary actions During inspections, Derrick takes time to listen and answer questions and concerns when servicing residence. He has also provided solutions with the Terminix dehumidifier matter and has made himself available for providing solutions. When there are signs of mice, he provides the necessary "tools" to rid of them and performs extra treatments if needed in between scheduled treatments. Because of Derrick's overall knowledge and providing great service, his efforts toward providing services to maintain a pest-free home is greatly appreciated.

Terminix checked the termite baits, as they do annually. The technician was very informative and professional. My grandchildren were here at the time and he was so kind explaining things to them as they were very very interested in what he was doing. I really appreciated his kindness towards them
