Lance Leary, our technician, is so good to us. He works with our schedule to make sure that it works for us. He lets us know before he gets here and instantly sends the results after. When he is here, he is professional, efficient, kind, thoughtful, thorough, works hard and makes sure that our property is well taken care so we do not have to deal with any spiders or other things that make us jump. I talked to a very nice woman who took my call and said she lived in Georgia and we really hit off! We laughed and told jokes all while she was helping me with Terminex questions ! She is so awesome! Plus Benjamin who services my house In Twim Falls Idaho is excellent! He is always professional and does a perfect job for us whenever he comes quarterly to service our house for all the “ creep crawly “. 😀I Absolutely never leave Terminex! Customer for life! 😀

Was impressed that the tech was able to be scheduled quickly and he showed up on time. Provided thorough inspection and explanation of services and said he would write up a service quote and get it to me the next day. That was 2 weeks ago, never contacted us.

Technician was nice and did what he could for a rainy day but I specifically paid for services for granular to be spread on the dirt before I had grass put in, did not get that service after $145 only sprayed inside and what looked to be the front of the house. Did not come back to do the rest of the services I had paid for and then said the following month I can apply the granular but I will have seed then is the issue and the seed will be killed when applying due to it having foot traffic going around the yard. I could’ve spent $20 at Walmart and done what this company did. It’s a scam and a rip off DO NOT SUGGEST, and their guarantee is that the product works is not true as well

These guys came to our door at 7:30 this evening. They did not knock or ring the doorbell. I was sitting in a chair in my living room and they were waving at me from the window. I went to the door and asked them why they were looking into my window my window and they took off. A neighbor of mine said they came to his door and were with Terminix. Not cool!!!

Previous client. I have a terrible beetle infestation in my bathroom that happened in under 2 hours. Talked to customer service for almost 20 minutes before he asked for my card. I gave him 2 different cards that had money on them and he kept saying they didn't work when I was looking at my acccount and they were fine. Never asked me for the card code. Customer service from this person was awful but I've had good experiences in the past. Good luck.

This was the first time that Kyle L was our service technician. What a difference from the other techs that we have had in the last 4-5 years that we have had Terminix! Kyle’s inspection was thorough with great attention to the exterior details of our home. We are extremely happy with his work and his follow up. 5 stars!

I waited for 4 hours and no one showed. I called, and they told me it was rescheduled. No one even reached out to me to let me know. Then when I called, I was bounced around to different people. This would have been my first service. I am not impressed with how unorganized they are. I better not get charged for this since I called and cancelled due to a no call/no show. If they treat new people like this, I can't even imagine how the service is going forward.
