This company is a huge SCAM! They Promised services would be provided and we’ve yet to have adequate care after almost 4 months of paying for services. Their customer service will tell you one thing and not follow through or file your complaints! We wasted $400 for them to constantly reschedule services, do 10 minute pop ups where they put down 2-3 glue trap monitors and gaslit us the whole time saying they’d make it right and send someone out to actually get the job done but never did. We’d wait 4 hours before they’d randomly reschedule without a heads up (this happened 7 different times on my count) They gave our account a $100 credit after we threatened to file a dispute through our bank and when I told them I wanted that $100 back in my bank account for a partial refund on services not received, they told me they would then sent me an email confirming saying they would then called and said they wouldn’t be doing that and they couldn’t close my account until I used the $100 credit through them!! Stay clear!! !!!SCAM ALERT!!!!

I Tried Getting ahold of someone to schedule an appointment. I was needing them To come respray since nothing changed after the first time spraying. I Waited 20 minutes or more on the phone just for someone to answer and tell me they didn’t see any scheduling availability on file in my area. Expect a return phone call within 48hrs. Multiple times of this has led me to express my anger with this over priced watered down spray company! Poorly managed booking. Multiple call outs for same purpose and never gets any better. About to cancel subscription and buy my own supply at Lowe’s.
