Hello , so my mother who is now 76 years old and my father why had stroke some years ago is almost 90, I say that to say this , my Mom set up an appointment and it was a women who came out and made the sale, with that sale she was told that they would put jacked under the house and after it dried out enough then they would replace one the major support beams under the house !! Fast forward to almost 3 years , between the excuses of the saleswoman quit shortly after she got he sales percentage off the this job , and supposedly the contract stated something completely different from was we were told . Unfortunately my comes from a generation where giving someone your word and a handshake was trustworthy. We have talked to someone at Terminix , but terminix doesnt want to do what they paid for , so my mom paid $10,000 to only be told that it only covers seven jacks under her house in which I knew I know companies that could’ve done cheaper and better at that right do not use his people that do not care about the customers that took advantage of the elderly and they lie and I’m gonna keep writing reviews until they resolve this problem for my mom ! I get a civil suit, but we didn’t pay more lawyers just to get the money back then we would they did the actual work but something needs to happen. It’s been they spray here but they don’t do the work they paid for do not use this company they do not care.
