Clayton Link is are service tech, he is very professional, knowledgeable and very polite every time he is at our home. Clayton will text me a week before our appointment and then the day of the appointment letting us know he is on his way. I love this service I hate having to wait around the house waiting, communication is wonderful. We have been with Terminix for like 10 + years they are a great company. I would most definitely recommend this company!!

I needed assistance to determine if there were any pest in my attic. I was expecting a tech to come by and do an inspection of the attic. The technician that showed up was a regular service tech and had nothing to do with the attic. That tech then called his Manager, John, and I spoked with him and he stated he would send a tech on Monday. And John did not call back on Monday and I called him. He stated he would call me back in 20 mins Which again he didn't I called him after 2 hrs. and he never answered. after 3 hours , Andreas, Operations/Service Manager called me back and set up an appt for Monday 12/29 between 3-5pm. Spouse was home all day, and no one ever stopped by. I called both managers, John and Andreas and no no answer. After 30 mins. a business card was left on the door without ever knocking and that was between 5:30-6pm Jerry Cairns, Home Consultant, was the person who stopped by - I called him and he stated he will come by tomorrow, Tues between 10-12. I left work and drove 45 mins to meet him at 11am and he then stated he was not a tech but a consultant to advice what services i may need. This made me irate as again I need to set up an appt for an attic inspection. I'm extremely disappointed with my experience with Terminix. As a paying, long-term customer, all I asked for was a technician to come out and verify whether there was an issue in my attic. I wasn't making accusations or demanding unnecessary work-just asking for a professional inspection. Instead of being treated with respect, I was met with dismissiveness and a lack of concern, as if my request wasn't worth their time. There was no urgency, no reassurance, and no effort to actually help or explain my options. For a company that claims to value its customers, this interaction showed the opposite. I would think twice before relying on Terminix if you expect responsive service or to be treated like a valued customer.

Justin Denton our clinics Terminix tech is wonderful! He is super friendly and was great when we actually had an insect issue a while back. He makes sure to check to see if we are having any more issues each month.

I have the year round pest treatment with Terminix and I love it. It helps to keep the creepy crawlers from taking over. They always do a great job on the treatments, knocking out things I didn’t even notice, and providing an explanation for what was done at the end of each service.

Where to even begin, I had a negative review up because I couldn’t get a call back and I finally had to go up there to get some answers. The next day I was called by dre and he made it seem like my issues were going to be taken care of and asked me to remove my google review so I did. Unfortunately terminix is too cheap to replace a garage door that is unrepairable because it was mounted on wood that termites had been eating. I’ve had terminix coming out for years to do a so called inspection which clearly they did a poor job because I still had them. Now they are refusing to replace a garage door that has been deemed unrepairable by several garage door companies and multiple contractors. Their technician damaged something at my home and didn’t call me until the following day. They also didn’t have my inspection scheduled this year not that they do anything anyways, then the sent out a second technician 3 days after the first one for them to do the same thing they never called me before hand just showed up at 8 am and then he tried to argue and say he did call me and then realized he didn’t. I had to call over a week before I went into the business to even get and answers about my claim. I’ve never dealt with a more unprofessional company. Had they been doing their job and not scamming people I wouldn’t of had to get this termite damaged replaced because I wouldn’t of them. Now their to cheap to fix the repairs don’t give them a dime because they won’t replace things that the termite damage causes.

We Have No complains about Terminix I know for fact that there chemicals do WORK and there Technician are very nice mens. Clayton is the best very responsible and very Polite. Thank You Always.
