DO NOT USE THEM! I signed up for two sprays with the Leesburg location. They lied to me THREE times throughout the experience. I have it recorded. I also asked customer service and the guy that came to spray to have a supervisor call me about five times and NEVER received a call from one. The first time they showed up they did not even know what they were spraying for and when I told them, they said oh, thats going to be more money. I ended up owing 210.00 instead of the 165.00 something they quoted me. They told me they would be out within 7 to 10 days, it was a month until they were out again and scheduled their own appointment when I was not even home. Now they sent my payment to collections because I was still waiting for a call from a supervisor. DO NOT USE THEM, WORST EXPERIENCE EVER WITH A BUSINESS!!

After doing everything I could do to try at get rid of the rats in my garage and attic, already trading 3 of them, my home remedies just werent enough. I had to call on the professionals at Terminix. Less than 24 hours I had a rep out here to survey my house. Tommy was great! I think he could sense my panic, fear and uncomfortableness with these rats. He explained the process and was very thorough. He insured me that everything was going to be okay. He was very kind and professional and gave me a peace of mind. The next day Blake was out and doubled check the house as he was closing up areas that could be possible entry points to my house. They ensured me that they would take care of this problem and the house would be rat free soon.
