Very poor communications. I am unable to get a call back from them. I have left 4 messages in 4 days. I need lock box and bags for food in refrigerator. It is Christmas week I will be out of town so I need a call back. I hope the tent for termites are better service than their call backs. I would not recommend this company 😐

We just recently started working with Terminex for pest control and termite treatment/prevention. Today, Nathan Rodriguez (sorry if I am Spelling that wrong) came to our house for our first Termite treatment. He provided a detailed explanation of everything he would be doing, and what to look for and expect in the future. He texted to let us know when he would be at the house, and arrived just as scheduled. He was really friendly, and didn’t mind answering questions, which I really appreciate. Very professional and approachable. Super happy to be working with Terminex!

Terminixis a great business for exterminating small bug creatures in your home and rodents and many other things servicing for the Lawn, inside and outside the house completely even the attic. Beware of this company , they asked me for my debit card information ahead of time to put it in their system , alright understandable, they gave me an appointment so I had to miss work waiting for them to come just for nobody to ever reach out to me or come do the service , so after waiting all day for to reach out or the specialist to arrive I finally called just to find out the supposed appointment had been canceled, alright I give them another chance because they already had my debit card information so might as well , they give me another appointment for the next day , the next day which is today comes around and not only does nobody shows up but then they tell me they can te schedule for next week , seriously ? I have my house flipped apart waiting for the specialists to come do their job and have wasted now two days of my life and some random has my debit card information just to have to call another service . Do better , seriously , the most unprofessional business I've ever dealt with , they must’ve paying google to delete the 1 start reviews because there’s no way this disrespectful and unprofessional business should even be offering services considering how incompetent and shady they are .

Being a new home owner with pests like termites it was best option to work with them! As a first review they had initially helped, we reached out again and Cade came out with his help we gotten a lot more help with our problems. To save this little house we are working with getting the home bundled. Today we were scheduled to get the first step of securing the home exterior Nathanial Rodrigues came out and did an amazing job! He insured that he will be back to finish the work in the attic. There will be a much bigger and better review when we are fully secured with the protection against termites. 🐦‍⬛ Following update; with continued services I have seen a wide improvement around my house exterior, we have been working for months to transform this houses barriers from its previous owners lack of taking care of its foundations. Terminix has been wonderful and highly recommend to have them to inspect your house. All there services are monitored and kept track of and you are always in the loop even when you are away from home.
