If I could give a zero for their service I would. 3 weeks with no call backs after paying 1600 dollars for a 6 month window. The only person to even reach out is the technician right before arrival but no one can give a date to prepare to be home from work to let someone into the house. 10/10 would not recommend. Everytime i call I am assured someone will call to help me but no one does. Do yourself a favor and do not deal with them. Your problem will not be fixed anyway.

I must admit, I had my doubts. Then when the ball started rolling things got better. Had an inspection done by Matt who was a true salesman. Had a little discussion about pricing. Still think a little bit high, but when in need. Timing for appointments needs some work. Technicians Kaleb and Ben plus ? Were extremely kind and helpful. Even came back for an added security area. I only requested one service, to treat the ants/flying ants in one part of my home. Technician came one next day and was prompt and kind. Unfortunately the problem persisted so I called the tech to come out again a few days later. He did. I've still woke up to swarms of ants/flying ants every day for 5 days straight. Now I ask for them to come again and finally fix issue or simply refund my money for a job not done. They're telling me no refund and no one available until next Tuesday. Horrific customer service and answer for a job that is not complete. Do yourself a favor and call another service besides this one! It's been a nightmare and I'm calling my attorney.

We get our house sprayed quarterly or I start spotting “things” inside the house. We have a contract which worked best for us since we are squeamish about spiders and weird looking bugs. We always call Darnell and he sets up a quick visit to spray inside and outside the house. He is very professional and courteous. The spray is pet friendly. We haven’t had any issues with our fur kid. I also make sure our fur kid doesn’t try to lick or sniff the spray after Darnell leaves. He works with our schedule and always asks if we want inside and/or outside. Our house stays critter free for about three months after his visit. Darnell also texts us a document with his findings, hazard information on what he used, and pictures of what he sprayed on the outside of the house. I would recommend.

The inspector (salesman, but I don't mind, I called and asked for him to come out) and technicians were extremely competent, efficient, and professional. Management seems a little disorganized, however. First, I didn't get a call to schedule the exclusion work, termite bait box install, and attic insulation replacement. Then, when I reached out myself (by texting the inspector), I got a voicemail from management. Unfortunately, the time windows and dates in the voicemail for termite and exclusion didn't match what ended up happening. Finally, the day after the last service was completed, another technician showed up, having been sent out to deal with a racoon problem that I don't have. Again, though, everyone who came to my house was top notch and the price for the insulation work was thousands less than another quote I received.
