NEVER EVER use this company!!!! If I could leave a negative star, I would. We hired this company back in June to eliminate bats in our attic. Sales guy came out, we decided to move forward with services, he said they couldn’t do anything for bats until Aug but they would put other traps and stuff out of other pests(which we don’t have). We were told they would come out within 2 weeks and they would make the apt. They didn’t, I had to call to schedule. The tech that came out told me the sales guy “has no idea what he’s talking about” and he needed to verify everything. He went on and put a couple cheap mouse traps in our basement( and again, we don’t have mice!). He said they’d come back in two weeks to check the traps and address any further issues. No one came back. August came, no one called to set up the apt for the actual reason we wanted this company at the house. I had to call and make this apt. Finally a tech came out, and when he got here, he said “I can’t do this work, I need two people” so he left and said we will get you on the schedule asap and come out. No one EVER came. I called multiple times to address the issue. Finally I decided to cancel the service because clearly this business doesn’t know what they are doing. I was told by one employee over the phone, I would “get a full refund, no problem”. Every employee over the phone told me I’d see the refund on my account 7-10 days. I waited MONTHS and nothing. I begged for someone to call me back so we could fix the problem but no manager ever took the time to call or email. The last call I made, their employee told me to dispute the charge with my credit card company. I did, and it was found in my favor. And now months later, they decided to take me to collections. Never EVER use this company.

Terrible company. I have been paying them for over a year to deal with roaches and I'm still in the same place as I was day 1. They tell you that you have a 90-day window in between services to have follow-up, free services done and then charge you for a service that's done 70 days from your last payment. Trying to talk to them and get clarity is impossible, very rude customer service who just talks over the customer the whole time. They need to understand the customer is the reason why they're in business in the first place. Will never use them again.

The WORST COMPANY I have ever dealt with!! I had Terminix for over 6 years for pest control. Then they scammed me and said I needed an inclusion service due to a potential mice problem. He said he would set traps in the home and close any cracks in my foundation. The company charged me $2,100 and the technician showed up hours late. I wasn’t home and told him I didn’t want the service. Terminix still charged me and refused to allow me to speak to a manager. SCAMMERS! They take your money even if they don’t complete the service! The customer service is awful! I will never do business with them again!

Called Terminix last July to help with a silverfish issue. The technicians really didn’t take any time to try and figure out where they could be coming in from. They didn’t spend time covering the whole house, they were always in and out. After the second visit the tech couldn’t believe we were still seeing them. We utilized and took advantage the extra free services if we saw them. Well, we decided to cancel because we still have a huge silverfish problem. They took our money, barely did anything and never solved our issue. They even expect me to pay the last payment of $158. They refuse to refund me even though I paid them for a service they couldn’t ever complete or take care of. I’d give 0 stars if I could!!!!!!!

Terminix is great to work with. Scheduling was easy, and the technician arrived promptly, conducting a thorough inspection and explaining the treatment plan clearly. Their effective treatment quickly resolved my issues. They also provided excellent follow-up to ensure the issue was fully resolved. Highly recommended.

The last time our service tech visited our home he truly exceeded our expectations. Not only did he perform his primary duties exceptionally well, but he also went above and beyond by bringing our empty trash can up from the street after the trash had been collected. We weren't home at the time, and this thoughtful gesture really stood out to me as a shining example of exceptional service.

The whole Terminix team that serviced my Mom's house was amazing. Tim provided a detailed plan of action and explained all the services available to us. Nick and his team did an amazing job cleaning out my mom's attic and sealing the foundation, all while be courteous and friendly. Ricky called after his part of the job was completed and explained everything in detail and what to expect. We defintely appreciated everyone who helped us and took care of the problem quickly! so far so good. I have been satisfied with Giovhany and his help removing mice from my home. I appreciate that he answered all my questions and explained the process to me since having mice in the home is a very unsettling experience.
