If I could give more than 5 stars, I would in a heartbeat. Malik came by for our appointment, and was waaaay above and beyond our expectations for an inspection. We just had an inspection the day before from another company and we were left completely underwhelmed as they kept trying to push poison bait, but I mentioned multiple times that we have dogs so we can’t and won’t use poison. My mom told me to try Terminix, and we gave them a call. We were very lucky to have Malik show up. He spent a lot of time with us explaining different things and giving us a lot of useful knowledge for our pest situation. He was very kind and had a lot of patience for all of my dumb questions. Not only did he give us great tips about containing/catching pests, but he also showed us how to use some wiring to patch up some holes in our garage. I learned more about rats than I thought I would ever need to know, but his advice has helped us keep our place a lot cleaner and safer. Would HIGHLY recommend. Thanks again Malik!

I cannot say enough good things about Arthur from Terminix! He is hands-down the best technician we’ve ever had. Arthur is extremely professional, thorough, and genuinely knowledgeable about pest control. He takes the time to explain everything clearly, answers all of our questions without rushing, and always leaves us feeling confident that our home is well-protected. His communication is excellent—he arrives on time, follows up as promised, and truly cares about doing the job right. I love my Terminix service. I’ve been with them over 7 years, taken them with me all over California as I’ve moved around and I won’t go to anyone else. They have great customer service, awesome people. I don’t see Terminix as a nice to have, but as a MUST have. Shout out to my current technician George who always does the best job!

Our technician is the best! He is professional, thorough, and kind. He takes care of the bugs so we don't have to. Having this service has helped big time. Very few outside bugs make it in our home now. And if they do, our tech. Will come out and fix it for us.

It was super simple to set up an appointment to get rid of an underground yellowjacket nest. The tech that came out, Isaias Baron, was efficient and knowledgeable. Once done he showed me a part of the nest and explained what he did and what to expect afterwards. Will definitely call them back if needed for any other bug removal.

I have always had excellent service from Terminix. Recently I had a new technician assigned, Miguel, and he is awesome. He has really been a huge help with a recent rat infestation going through the options so I could make the best decision here on the 2 1/2 acres. The only thing I would say is that sometimes just as I get to know a tech and they get to know the property they move on, hopefully getting promoted and moving up as they have all been great. I hope Miguel is around for a good little while!!
