Felipe did a phenomenal job in inspecting my home this morning! His arrival was timely and he was most accommodating, even to the point of wearing shoe covers to do the interior inspection. Felipe was professional and thorough in all respects. He is clearly skilled in his craft and takes obvious pride in doing top notch work. I appreciate his dedication to providing the best of services! Thank you, Felipe!

Our technician, Felipe Mercado, was on time and very knowledgeable. He was very professional during his inspection and pointed out potential trouble areas that do not have termites at this time but should be monitored in the future. Felipe is a fantastic representative of your company.

George did great explaining the job and what to look out for. He dusted away cobwebs without me asking him to as a courtesy. He was friendly and easy to talk to. I hope he can come back every time as needed. Five stars for George!

Today I had the most wonderful representative from your company Terminix come out to my home. He started with. He called me letting me know what time he would be here. Then he called me a little bit later to say he could come earlier, which I had requested, which is wonderful. His name is Felipe Mercado. He is a very professional young man very informative told us things that we had not ever been told by any other Terminix person and we’ve had Terminix for many years . He let us knowwhat to do to rectify situations. I feel that he did an extremely thorough and investigation for us. He offered us other services that Terminix had that we didn’t even know they had. Felipe is an asset to your company thank you fully for your excellent customer service and Inspection!

I recently completed a full termite treatment and fumigation for my home, and overall the experience was very positive. Caleb and his crew was punctual, well-organized, and clearly experienced in handling the entire process from start to finish. They took the time to walk me through the scope of work beforehand, including preparation steps, safety precautions, and the timeline. The fumigation process itself was efficient, and they were very clear about what to expect during and after the treatment. I would recommend Terminix

Felipe did a thorough inspection of the garage, attic & outdoor perimeter of my house checking for rodent activity. He was very knowledgeable & talked me through what he was looking for & what I could do to prevent critters from entering my home. All the questions I asked him were answered honestly & expertly. I was extremely satisfied with Felipe as a technician & also super happy how easy it was to schedule this service.

We’ve been using Terminix for our quarterly service, and I can’t say enough good things about our technician, Charles. He is genuinely one of the friendliest, most professional service people we’ve ever worked with. He always sends a reminder ahead of time explaining when he’s coming and exactly what he’ll be doing, which I really appreciate. If we ever have questions, we can text him and he responds promptly and thoroughly. On the day of service, he always comes to the door first to say hello, check in with us, and ask if we’ve noticed any pest issues he should be aware of before he starts. He’s incredibly reliable — he shows up exactly when he says he will — and he never rushes. He also gives us a friendly reminder to keep our dog inside for a couple of hours after the treatment, which shows how thoughtful and attentive he is. It’s clear he takes pride in his work and truly cares about his customers. Because of him, dealing with pest control is easy, stress-free, and actually pleasant. Five stars without hesitation.
