Worst customer service ever! Terminix made a two hour window appointment for themselves to perform a termite inspection at my house…… “Eric” never showed up! So I called again and they claim the inspector ran longer than expected at the prior inspection before me. That would mean he was there for over 4 hours being they have a two hour window for arrival at each appointment. Ya right! So I called again and they of course rescheduled an appointment with another two hour window…. and “Eric” choked on showing up for the second time! Don’t waste your time on Terminix people, they don’t care and obviously are losers!!!
