I rated Terminix a 10 because of the excellent service I received from start to finish by John the manager and John the technician. The technician was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain the treatment process and answer all of my questions. He arrived on time, was courteous, and treated my home with care. What impressed me most was his commitment to customer service and making sure my concerns were addressed. The entire experience was smooth, and I felt confident that the pest issues were being handled properly.at my new home. Based on the quality of service, professionalism, and overall experience, I would absolutely recommend Terminix to friends, family, and neighbors looking for reliable pest control services.

Brad came out to assess an access point to get under my home, the wire mesh was pushed open by my guess is rats. Brad created a solid mesh barrier to block access so the rats could no longer get in. Brad did an outstanding job, I’m very pleased with his work and knowledge. Also want to thank John Thai for his quick response and setting up an appointment for me.

Brad was amazing! He fixed everything the first technician screwed up, he was very pleasant and eager to help. The terminix response to our complaint was very fast, the supervisor reached out within a couple of hours although the customer service told us it might take 24 to 48 hours. Brad was there the same day he assessed the situation and came next day ready to fix everything and he did an amazing job. Thank you Brad and Terminix for taking charge and resolving the issue fast and efficiently!

Terminix is a great service! What made their service stand out to my family is that the staff are friendly, they provide a prompt response, they are very respectful in their interactions and they are incredibly helpful providing detailed information to address questions and concerns we had throughout the process. Specifically, my family worked with Breyen for our services and he was spectacular! He was very thorough while inspecting the home. After his inspection, he was very comprehensive in explaining areas of concerns. He offered solutions to address the concerns, he provided three recommendations and did not pressure my family or I to purchase one specific service. He provided detailed explanations and was also very patient while I helped translate the information to my family. After selecting our desired services, Breyen took extra time to ensure my mother had all her questions and concerns answered. He also went the extra mile, and came back to the home to drop off a hard paper copy of the invoice that my family requested (in addition to a digital copy of the invoice). My mother never leaves reviews but wanted to add that she had such a positive experience working with Breyen that she felt cared for with our home needs. She had the following to add: "[Bryen] is a hard worker, he does a wonderful job and is very kind". Based on my experience and my family's experience working with Breyen, I would recommend Terminix to others.

This place is a scam. I called and specifically asked for a one-time flea treatment. The representative told me that for $160 they would complete a one-time indoor treatment and return 2–3 weeks later to check and make sure everything was done correctly. When the technician came back the second time, he told my husband there was no need to check inside and that he would just look outside, which already seemed strange. He also informed my husband that we were on a yearly plan, which was never discussed or authorized. I immediately called Terminix to make sure everything was canceled and confirmed that we were not on a yearly plan, as that was not what I agreed to. I received an email stating that all services were canceled and that no further action was required. Now I am receiving a bill stating that I owe $60, with threats that it will be sent to collections if I don’t pay. I already paid $160 for the one-time treatment, so I have no idea what this additional charge is for. I have tried repeatedly to contact them, but I keep being told no one is available in the office, and my calls seem to be forwarded without resolution. I had a feeling this situation was too good to be true, and unfortunately, that seems to be the case. I would strongly caution others to clarify everything in writing before using this company.

If i give give a negative 100 i would!! So i got terminix service to fumigate the house i just bought. After fumigation was done and tent was getting removed, the tent got stuck on my porch post and the worker kept pulling it. They cracked the top of thr post wood and now my post is hanging. I put in claim. Unable to reach the right people. Was told I'll get a call but never did. Finally i was able to reach someone to out in my claim. Unfortunately my claim got denied. I clearly have photos and pictures that it was damaged due to their fault but they still denied it. I will no longer use their service!!! Beware! They may be good at what they do but if they ever do any damage to your property, they will find reasons to not be liable for it

The technicians are always professional and courteous. Communication is great. I know beforehand when they will arrive and after my visit am informed of any pests seen and treatments done. We have had no problems since they started.

I love my technician he’s amazing he’s smart. He’s kind he’s hard-working. He’s reliable. I wouldn’t have it any other way. Competitors have tried to step in and cancel my service with Terminix and they can’t come close to what Terminix does they do what they say they’re gonna do they charge what they say they’re gonna charge there’s no hidden fees and they run to my rescue every time I call you can’t get a better deal for what they do for you and you can’t get a better technician. I highly recommend this company
