I feel The Terminix Tech Luis took advantage of my landlord because he is a Senior Citizen. As I look on Terminix page and compare prices...there not adding up $200 is the highest I see for hornets and wasp...but my landlord was charged over $1700 dollars... For a cheap job that surely shows the cheap work. I don't want him back at my house being very disrespectful. Yes once again everything is on camera. I hate when people think they can take advantage over the elderly. I call it a Scam!!! Yes I'm very upset . And I still have hornets and wasp flying around. The work was so called did on November 4, 2025 and its November 19, 2025. I have called and talk and told them what's going on and I'm getting no where. We were already out of money buying bug killer from the stores.To get played like a fiddle from Terminix sucks. I still have a big wasp nest after they so called getting rid of the bees 🐝. This just not right. If you do the work right the first time you dont have to get your name bashed.If I could have posted without giving a star I would have .$1700 and more is just a shame and everything is on camera.Maybe I need to go to the nearest office so they can see for themselves . Cameras don't lie but the technician did. If I have to post everyday to get a response from the main office I will.This is not fair Maybe I just will call the attorney general, seven on your side , or maybe a lawyer to get him justice for this. Especially when he was lied too and everything is on camera. The office is in North Little Rock

He’s kind, professional, and really knows his stuff — always willing to explain what’s going on and what needs to be done. Melvin shows up on time, ready to tackle any critters or bugs in his path, and doesn’t hesitate to knock down wasp nests or handle any surprise issues. It’s rare to find someone so prompt, thorough, and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend Melvin — he’s the reason I’ll keep using Terminix!

Robin talked with my wife and I about the service she was going to perform and asked if we had any problems that she could resolve inside of the house. We said no. She said that she would focus on the outside of the house. She was finished in great time. We're very happy with Robin. She's very easy to talk to and very responsive to any issues that we have.

I am a senior citizen, and Terminix office in Batesville, AR. took advantage of me by using scare tactics to convince me to spend $2350 on services I did not need. They told me I had moisture, mold, and scared us with a potential termite problem under my house. Later, after having independent professionals inspect everything, I learned that #1, the plastic vents they installed do not solve rodent problems and only stood to exacerbate the moisture issue under the house. #2, the mold spray was completely unnecessary because the issue was extremely mild. #3, The termite treatment and renewal contract were not needed at all - the real issue was erosion and drainage problems. My son and I made seven separate attempts over several weeks to get answers from the local office, the branch manager, the regional manager, and even corporate. Every time we were promised a call back in 24 - 48 hours. No one ever called us back. I had to dispute the charges through my credit card company, who sided with me and refunded the money. Now Terminix is harassing me for payment instead of fixing the situation. This company preyed on me as an elderly customer, and I don't want anyone else to go through the same thing. Please be very cautious before doing business with Terminix, Batesville.

Other than today i have had a 1 or 2 star service experience every time for the last year, but I was finally more than pleased at today's service. 7 out of 5 stars today!! Amber Darrow was a new Tech to my service and she was not only on time but did everything I asked/pointed out to her; plus a little extra IMO. Would clearly and absolutely recommend Terminix, if I knew she was the Tech coming out.
