They took over $1,000 came out once told us to leave for 4 hours come to find out they just sat in their truck never came in or showed up after the so called treatment they're nothing but scammers according to the ftc and our local consumer protection agency they are known to do this

Very unprofessional and uneducated on springtails,if you have springtails,don't waste your money w these ppl n Bono,they don't have a clue on how to control insects,but $300 of mine,is now wasted on this treatment they did 3 times on my home. Wow

The primary reason for my rating is because of the excellent service that I received from the technician, Mr. Melvin Ragland. When he arrived at my home, the very first thing that got my attention was a big friendly smile! I was impressed by it because none of the other techs before him never greeted me with such a warm, genuine and friendly smile. Another thing that impressed me with Mr. Ragland was his knowledge of the chemicals, and how he explained everything to me so I could easily understand. Inside my home, he used something none of the other techs had used before. It was an aerosol spray can with a straw attachment that pinpointed the exact spot he wanted to treat. He explained to me that this chemical was more potent than using the cannister sprayer. He also pointed out to me where a spider web was behind my drapes that had small dots on it. He described them as "spider eggs" and the consequences if left untreated. I didn't know that and none of the other techs before him never informed me about that very valuable information. Another thing that I noticed, was that outside my home he used a pressure hose that was attached from his vehicle that put out a very wide swath of chemicals that gave much better saturation and coverage. I believe Mr. Ragland's method was much better and more effective than the hand carry cannister sprayer used by the other techs. Mr. Ragland is a dedicated and knowledgeable professional that deserves recognition and should be commended by management. He has set the standard that I will come to expect from other techs from Terminix to follow. I didn't know before, but now I know how treating my home for spiders and other pests should be done!

This place is a joke. They took over a thousand dollars from us and didn’t do the treatment, and now they refuse to communicate. We called them when we found termites while remodeling our bathroom. We put our project on hold for 4 days for them to come out and look around, they then took an almost $1,200 payment and said they’d try to have someone out within 48 hours. 3 days went by and we didn’t hear a peep, so my husband called and asked about it and he was told they no one put us on the schedule for anyone to come out and spray. We finally got on the schedule and 2 days later on a Friday they finally came out. They put the barriers down and then came in and told me they had a “wiring issue” with their truck and they couldn’t spray until they got it fixed, so they would be back the following week sometime. (If you drive by their location in Bono, you can see that they have a dozen other vehicles so this didn’t make any sense.) We had our bathroom on hold for a week at this point and needed to get it done so I asked them before they left if we could go ahead and lay our flooring down and they said that that was fine that they could go through the crawl space to spray. That was on April 11th, it is now May 7th and we still have not heard from them. We called 3 times, the people from Bono refuse to answer and it goes to voicemail after 2 or 3 rings, the main office has taken our information and noted our complaints 3 times and said that they would get ahold of someone to call us to schedule a time for them to come out. All 3 times no one has bothered to try to get ahold of us. $1,200 is A LOT of money for us for someone to be messing around with us like this. If we don’t get ahold of someone this week and get our money back we will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. Do yourself a favor and do not use these guys, or don’t pay them until the job is done.

We have had Terminix for about 4 years. Everytime there has been an issue with some part of their work. But I have been having the worst customer service issues since Jan 2025. I have called to have our yearly inspection done since Jan. I have spoke with them at least 6-7 times and no one has showed up. I asked to speak with a supervisor or manager and was told that they don't have a manager to speak with . Then call back and they put me on hold for approx 20 min waiting on a manager and no one answered. Called back and operator told me that they don't have a manager to talk to. So I would NOT give them a favorable recommendation. We are changing companies due to the worst customer service !
