2026: I would never recommend Terminix to anyone. We have been scammed $2041.08 on Tuesday, February 17th, by Brett Farren. He did not complete what they promised and we still have live activity. Brett first said they would return on Friday, February 20th to finish. No one came. He also said in 10 days they would return if there was live activity. Then he changed it to 14 days. Now he will not answer my texts since Friday, February 27th. I’ve called the man who sprayed, Richard Smith. His voicemail says he is not longer with Terminix as of February 28th. He told us he had been with the company 22 years and would take care of the issues when he came on Tuesday, February 17th. On Friday, February 27th, my call was transferred to a customer service representative in Dallas asking Brett to call me. Brett did not call me. I called again on Friday, March 6th, and was transferred to another service representative in Las Vegas. She could see the documented call and documented again for Brett to call me. He has not made contact with me. The branch manager is Donald Hesselein. I would like to speak to him about this matter. Brett would not respond with Mr. Hesselein’s contact information when I requested it through a text. Brett scammed my 88 year old mother and that is a crime. I would definitely give this review a “0” if it had been an option. This is written documentation to cancel the quarterly drafts from the bank to continue with your scam. Return $2041.08 to our account because you have not fulfilled your contract. Or: I will be seeking legal action to have our money returned in full. DO NOT USE TERMINIX located at 5905 S 26th in Fort Smith, Arkansas. They promise big things and do not do what was promised. I am extremely disappointed with this whole experience.

Had a technician out in December amd had to have him back out in a little over a weeks time due to termite boxs poping out of the group. After he left they keep coming out call to cancel my contract after I was told on sent up of my account I could cancel at anytime. They tryed to tell me there was a fee to cancel when I was told upon setting up my account and by the technician I could cancel at anytime. They just hit a card that was a one time use to set the account up with for over $1500 and will not refund me my money. Would not use would not recommend

James is always very friendly, and polite. He is knowledgeable about his products and is quick to ask if you have any concerns. Most places just come and spray or do what they do and you never see results. James has been the best representative from Terminix that we have had it the15+ years we have been using Terminix. You got a keeper right there don’t lose him!!

Such great service! He does a great job and is really friendly! I've used other companies in the past with months of not really seeing a difference. In less than 2 weeks my bug problems were gone. I would recommend to anyone with bug problems! Worth every penny!

Had a couple of inspection/ access points installed on the walls behind the shower wall where the pipes come up through the floor/slab, this was recommended by the Company, and it also helps prevent termite activity and also helps with pipe inspections. The Team that represents the Company were Top Notch Quality and Professional, just kinda Steep for what was Done, But this Company is Very Reputable and I can rest assured that if I have any further issues, I am covered.

If I could give this business (if you can even call it that) a 0 star review, I would definitely do so. This company is a joke. Made an appt for Monday 8-12. No one showed up. My kitchen is tore apart in preparation for them to come spray. I called. I was on hold for over an hour. The “Supervisor” Shannon should NOT be a supervisor. She did not resolve anything. Just made excuses. I was told that my appointment wasn’t guaranteed. If that was the case, why was I offered a set date and time? I didn’t mention a day or anything, the sales person did and I agreed. I would NEVER use this company. They do not hold their end of the deal. They will charge you, and not even come out to do their job. To say I’m pissed is an understatement. Looks like this is a recurring issue based on other reviews. Do your research. It definitely would have saved me time.

When my husband and I first moved into a fixer upper out in a rural area in 2016, we battled quite a "few" roaches, wasps, spiders, ants, etc. We finally cut our losses and called in the experts. They were kind, professional, and competent. Terminix's Pest Control Plan resulted with superb outcomes! The wasps were the worst of them because they could hide their nests & get inside our house 😱 They always seem to "know" when the Terminix"ator" came over. One tech (Robert Nguyen, I believe) is the one who finally tackled them! Years later, our cat, who was our "Mousebuster"passed away & we started seeing mice nearly a year later. We didn't realize how bad our problem was till we could no longer feel AC or heat from our bedroom air vent. Mice had chewed thru our air duct from underneath our house😬 Anyway, Terminix acted fast & with our new Rodent Control Plan, we learned that after the first inspection this week, the mice are being busted as I write this. Gob bless ya'll, Terminix! Thank you for taking good care of your customers 😊

Mason our technician was great. He was running late probably because he is very though. More though than the last couple of years when we paid for the service and they didn’t even come out to treat it and said they did. Mason was great but it is way overpriced compared to other termite pest control companies.
