“Absoutletly awful service. I paid $350 for an annual pest control coverage(we only have a moth issue by the way and this was known by the company and Tim) and was told by their worker Tim that I could have anyone come over for ANY pest problem as many times as I want during the year. He told me I could have someone come after two weeks. Well, their worker Martha told me something COMPLETELY different. I was informed by her that the $350 doesn’t even cover moths!! Only ants, silverfish, and roaches. I don’t have any of that. As well as, I would not be able to have someone come 2 weeks after my initial treatment. I would have to wait a month. So why is their worker, Tim, telling the customers 2 weeks? On top of that Martha kept explaining it was a law to wait 30 days, I would understand this but then she contradicted herself saying she could give me something sooner? So is it actually a law or not? Then after asking for my refund (not even of the whole $350. Just for $200 since the yearly was only $200 more and I don’t want to stay with this company for a year) she began to tell me that’s not possible. I was giving a paper contract and no where on it says that i’m not able to get a refund so why is Martha telling me I can’t? After this, she yelled saying she doesn’t want to lose her job and then informed me or her managers name and HUNG up the phone. I have never had such terrible service from anywhere. Do not waste your money or time on these people.”

“I have used this company for years and was always happy with the results. I never had one single bug issue ever, until the last year. Now, instead of one annual payment and return service for any issues at no cost, they charge $55.00 for every return service call for the outside perimeter of my home. And it’s funny, they now, never can solve the problem resulting in call after call. Screw them! Again, at one time I would refer everyone to these people. Now, I strongly urge you to call a professional company who actually does their job of keeping your home free of any pests. My only problem is ants. This is child’s play for a pro. The last time, the 2 techs were there 5 minutes and left. Don’t waste any time and money. Total ripoff!! Thieves!”
