“Their prices are not clear cut and seem blatantly unfair. My mom pays $15 less than I was quoted and she has a much bigger house! It is also in Little River, just like me. My in-laws pay $10 less than I was quoted and we have the same number of bedrooms and are less than 1/2 mile apart. Again, we are all in Little River. They cannot clearly articulate why there is such a difference in price. Prices should be transparent and not random.”

“We saw winged termites on our back patio on Sunday. We called these guys up on Monday around noon and a guy came over to look at it at 2pm! Two hours later he got his guys over to do the drilling and chemical treatment and they worked past closing time. Normally, at other places, we would have to make an appointment days later. Strand does my regularly scheduled spraying but they sent somebody out just for the flea problem. They did a multi step process and they got rid of the fleas.
