My experience with this gentleman is as follows: At noon today, the wife called me about some sort of basketball-sized nest in the tree in our front yard. At 6:30 PM, I'm in the front yard calling for service. This gentleman arrived in ten minutes (turns out he's only a few miles away). He was friendly, neighborly, and professional. We chatted while he suited up about the Mexican Honey Wasps that were the source of the service-call. By 7:30 PM everything was wrapped-up and my wife was *very* impressed. Save this man's contact-info, his number is worth keeping in your back pocket.”

“I called about snakes in my attic. The manager showed up, put sticky traps in my attic with no bait, came back twice to look at the traps and that seemed to be the extent of his solution. I can't imagine snakes being lured to empty sticky traps. I'm upset that I paid 180.00 for 2 visits. I just talked to the gentleman and he's coming to look at the traps but I had to call him. I feel bad that I had to write this review but I don't understand what the 180 00 was for. My snakes still live happily in my attic.”
