“If I could rate this company less that one star, I would. I was trying to get an estimate on a small issue with bed bugs. They are not able to reproduce until they have reached maturity, and they haven't quite reached adulthood. The person that called to give the estimate, immediately said it would be about 3,000 dollars, and that they are in every portion of the house, without even having done an inspection. He said the soonest he could come look would be in five days, and unfortunately bedbugs are a time sensitive pest. Luckily Orkin is coming tomorrow to do a full inspection, for free. Thank God for them, and I will never again even inquire about the services provided by Steve's pest control.”
