“Really wonderful people throughout the company. The office kept in constant contact with me and was really concerned about my problem. I had a rat problem and rats are very difficult to catch or kill and can take time once they get inside your house but not for my guy Dave. He was on a mission and although it took a few weeks they were able to take care of my problem and showed me how to protect my house from Critters getting in and used safe and effective methods during the process to keep my family pets safe. “Well I just canceled my contract with Scientific. They told me when I paid for my contract in full that all you need to do is call and we will be there. It turns out that it is not true. It's a quarterly treatment and it does not cover pest or termites. Do yourself a favor and do it yourself. There are plenty of products out there. When the tech came to treat my home he barely sprayed enough to give a moth a shower.Scientific ripoff.”
