“This company is terrible!! They took advantage of my grandparents, both of whom are well into their 80s by charging them $3000 for a steam treatment that only has a 30 day guarantee on it. The bed bugs showed up again less than 6 months later in their home, of which it seemed that they had been there a while despite the previous treatment, and the rep told my grandmother that she would once again have to dish out $3000 for something that wasn't guaranteed. We have since gone with another company that not only does more than the steam treatment but also has a 6 month warranty and at a much more reasonable rate. Never again with these people!”
