“I have been using Sandpiper pest control for a while now and they inspected my house in 2013 and again in late 2013 when we bought another house. I have also hired them to come by my house and spray the perimeter outside quarterly. Four times a year they would come back religiously and spray the perimeter. I get a call from a representative a couple weeks ago stating if it was OK to come by and spray. I told them to come by at the end of next week as I was having some trees removed on the side yard. The next week they came by. The next day I looked on my bank statement and they had deducted $80 from my account for the perimeter spray. And then there was another charge for $225. I called their office and spoke to a woman and asked why I had a $225 charge, she stated it was for top choice fire ant control. The last time I had the service was in November 2014. It's July 2016 nearly 2 years later. I told him I didn't authorize them to spray for fire ants and she stated that you needed to talk to her manager and would call me back. The next day I waited never got a call back. Halfway through the next day I finally called him back to see what the story was and they said the case is still open, and that they would have to call me back. I really don't have time to go back-and-forth on issue like this with them. For me it was best just to cancel the service move onto another company and let the public know how they operate. For once in 35 years I might dispute a charge on my credit card. 1 star. Do yourself a favor and look at another company.”
