“It is hard to believe “Quality Pest Control” could be one of the top things on our list to make us smile, but they are. Our family has used Quality Pest Control for the past few years, and let us say they have been GREAT years. We were the average do-it-yourselfers, thinking that we could take care of the “bugs” ourselves. We did not! Our experience with pest control services' had been in the work environment. Hating the smells when they would come in and spray, always assuring you, the spray would not hurt you….but it killed the bugs….never made since to us. When we found out that Quality Pest Control was different we took a leap of faith. Qualities process is totally different. No messy, smelly spray or toxic chemicals or worries about it hurting out pet. We cannot explain how it works; BUT IT WORKS (Don or Terri can explain it)! It works so well that we not only use them in our home, but as the only pest control company for our Commercial Property Management Company. Our tenants love them. “It's really sad when you are talked into paying $400 for a yearly pest control company and then realize it definitely was not worth it. They did our original treatment at the end of October. We were told that we had unlimited service calls for a year. Even though we called for ghost ants in the past, they never got rid of them. After talking with people that live in the area, we now realize that a yearly treatment in this area (with lots of rain) just won't cut it. Cut to the chase. We've been living with these ants because their treatments never really worked. We've even bought lots of our own ant traps at Ace & Home Depot. Today, we say a huge group of them on a ceiling and called "QUALITY (hah) Pest Control and asked for a service call to treat them. (see the picture) I was quickly told by the rude woman that our contract is almost up and that we will have to pay another $400. Not being that impressed with this company and not sure if we are going to be here for a full year, I told her I just wanted a service call. She proceeded to tell me that our contract expired on October 1. She really tried to make me think I was going crazy - BUT even though she tried to talk over me- I finally got firm and told her that we were not even moved in at that time. She then got even more persnickety and told me that since I signed up on October 25 of 2012, that my contract expired at the end of September 2013. NICE- 11 months for the price of 12 and someone being a complete and total biatch to a customer. Wouldn't it have been better to fulfill the contract that you sold us and do a freaking service call? Don't use this company. There are others out there that come out quarterly (and when you need them in between) for much less than this company. And there are other companies that do it without the use of chemicals that will harm your animals. Disgraceful. Also, on they charge extra if you get bees or wasps. They pretend to be so eco-friendly! LOL However, their only alternative to a honey bees is to come and spray and kill them. What a joke. Our bees are dying. Not a good thing. When our bees die, so will we.”
