“I found subterranean termites in my house. I had 3 companies scheduled to come out for an inspection. Bob @ Private Pest Exterminators was the second one and I went with him right away. I had another come out first. It was easy to identify where our subterranean termites were because I saw their location. That company identified and suggested a treatment and said he would send a quote. I trust that he was accurate in his assessment. However, when Bob came, he examined the ENTIRE house inside, outside including our fences and our attic. He was EXTREMELY thorough. He didn't just look at the floor by our closet where there was evidence. He found evidence of termites in a couple of old fences, but with his ultrasonic gadget that shows termite activity in walls and fences, he determined that the bugs were only in the fence and not in our outside wall or the support posts on our patio. At the end of the inspection he gave me a quote on the spot. I was so impressed with the thoroughness of the inspection that I scheduled a treatment and canceled the third scheduled inspection from another company. Not only that, but his quote came in substantially less than the first company. And he guaranteed the work for one year.
