“Matt assured us that his work was guaranteed and that if we saw any of the bugs we were spraying for inside the house that he would come spray again for free. When we sent him a picture of them in the house he just wanted to move up our scheduled time and charge us for it instead. In response: we never expected you to come during your daughters birthday party. We did expect you to come as promised the next day instead of wanting to move our next spray date up and expecting us to pay you again instead of honoring your guarantee.”

“My parents have a vacation rental that I take care of when they are out of town... And of course while they were away their place became infested with thousands of little crawling gnat-like bugs. They practically coated the outside walls, doors, and sidewalks! We went to our local nursery and they recommended a product to use since our regular pesticide apparently did nothing to them. When that was also completely ineffective we contacted Pickett Pest Control. Matt was quick to respond and assured me that the bugs (false chinch bugs) were harmless to people, just annoying. The day after he sprayed them there were significantly less, and two days after he sprayed they were practically gone. I was impressed that Matt knew what the rare little bugs were, and how to get rid of them when several other pesticides and recommendations had done absolutely nothing!”
