“I want to start my review by apologizing to the owner for such a late review. There were some personal issues of my own that needed my attention first before I could give the review intended for the services rendered. (Now everyone keep this in mind before Calling ANY pest control service. In order for what they do to be effective, it is your responsibility to prepare your home beforehand in order to ensure your problem is solved) First off let me rate the time frame in which he responded to my call. He took my call at an hour at which I expected to leave a voicemail, he was very professional and informative after describing my problem. After my apologies for calling at a time that was not within his regular business hours, he then told me he would be available the next afternoon to treat my home. I rate him 5 stars in the ability to take my call when he did not have to, and for the timeframe he was able to come handle my issue. Next I would like to rate the experience while he was treating my home. He was exactly on time, I cannot express how much that is appreciated these days! While inside my home he was very professional and I know I pestered him with questions to which he more than willingly answered any I had. He gladly gave me knowledge about my problem and was very insightful. Now I myself, along with probably the vast majority of people in the world don't know anything about the pest his company was here to destroy, and could easily be taken advantage of by bigger name companies like Orkin, or terminex, which with today's economy would have probably destroyed my wallet rather than my problem. He was more than reasonable with his prices as I have found with very little Google research comparing the cost of those services. Another great thing I found about P.M.S. was his presence on Google, which other local companies had none at all. Being able to read someones experiences is always How I find exactly what I'm looking for. Needless to say he has only 5 stars and after my own experience I'm not surprised. I rate him 5 stars!
