“The short fat Mexican guy with Orta is unprofessional and clearly doesn't listen to his customers. Also he suggested my SERVICE DOG get removed from the home while he sprays after I told him I didn't need service, more than once. First off, you never ever tell someone who requires a service animal to "put it outside" if I'm telling you the dog will bite if you enter my home and you continue on then there's a problem with the serviceman. I understand my landlord pays for your service but in 3 years I've never used you and my landlord has been okay with that. Today you continue to harass me telling me "it's free" and to let you come in. NO, NO, NO. The tall skinny white guy didn't have the attitude but the short needs to check his attitude when working with customers and trying to go inside their homes. If I could give you 0 stars I would.”
