They charge ALOT & give you nothing! I've had wasp problems which they've sprayed for & I still have wasp problems & they can't schedule it till next month! I fear for my dogs & my kids were chased in the house. They don't do brooming off cobwebs which they said they do. My house is covered & I have to go out & do their job! I have mouse droppings in my basement. Which I thought they put a barrier around the house! Response/ update. Ive called almost DAILY! I've been told a manager will call. Nothing! They finally made a trip to spray for wasps. I still have wasps flying around the house. I can't cancel without writing? To who? & they say a manager will call & take care of it... nothing! I have my regular next appointment in 2 weeks. We'll see then

I called to set up service for our cabin. Our cabin is not a place that can be found without someone leading them in since it is up old mining roads that aren't signed (no, GPS does not lead you there). I called 3 different times, asking for someone from the branch who will be taking care of this to call me to confirm where we will meet so that I don't drive 1.5 hours to meet them at a designated spot and have them not show up. The call center took notes, assured me they'd get the message to the branch manager and also to Jack, who would be doing the service. No call from them. Cancelling the service and going with a company who will actually communicate with me.

I signed a contract on 8/7/24 and was scheduled for a 10-12 arrival on 8/10/24. They no showed us, I called at 12 to ask where the technician was and they told me 10 minutes. A hour later I called and they told me I got rescheduled (without my knowledge or consent) to Sunday 10-12. Go figure, they don’t even work on Sunday so they just lied to us several times. When I call on Sunday the lady says there’s NO appointment availability. Explain to me how this is acceptable? It’s not. Waste of time and broken contract. Pathetic!

I had to call them back 2x to respray and they are here for like 10 mins and charge me a lot. I ended up getting out of the contract to go with someone else and it’s like night and day they actually set out traps and sticky pads. The first guy I got from orkin judged me for putting my dogs up while he was spraying.

Jess came from Orkin on Saturday 6/24, and was very personable. This was her first appointment at my house. I understand this is a monthly/by monthly program to resolve an ant issue. I came home from work today (6/26) and the ants were back… not sure the first spray appointment was successful? Especially after paying $360! I hope this is normal/common after the first praying…..?
