Always respectful people!! I have two children under 5 so my house isn’t tip top shape 24/7, but when they show up they never make us feel lesser because we have some clutter. Aside from customer service, the work they do is immaculate. Out of all pest services I’ve used Orkin is the ONLY one that does their job right!! They reassure you that they WILL be back if your problem isn’t taken care of on the first visit. 5 stars for me thank you for such amazing service!!

This local office is great! Terri, the manager, is a super nice guy. The communication with the office is stellar. The office makes it easy to communicate. Jason, my representative, is very kind and extremely talented. He tolerates me following him around asking all kinds of questions wanting to learn. LOLL!! He does an amazing job.

Called to cancel service. The lady on the phone couldn’t care less and told me my plan is cancelled and they don’t provide confirmation. What do I know, just got another visit scheduled email. This company must have gone through a change in management or something. It was awesome when I became a customer two years ago, lately it’s just straight downhill.

Everyone is nice. They are efficient and professional. It's impossible to speak to someone locally when calling though. I was told they decided to hire a contractor to manage calls so now it takes forever to reach someone if you even do reach someone. I've left messages, and yet to get a call back. If I didn't have a direct number to our technicians, I wouldn't bother trying to reach them. The service is great but communicating with them via phone is a nightmare. I'll give 5 stars when I can reach someone locally when calling the office.

The technician was knowledgeable and explained the problem and the method he would use well. He also explained the different cycles of infestation of hornets vs carpenter bees. This was very helpful and necessary in planning ahead. He was friendly and empathic and plans to return next week to do a second stage and make sure the problem is solved. I am also so grateful for his caring nature, even returning my composter to it’s upright position, after I explained that I didn’t have the strength. I am very happy with your service, including the administrative staff who were friendly, helpful and patient each time I called after roadwork prevented the van from getting here. I will highly recommend Orkin to others

Chase is always on time, professional and courteous. His knowledge is admired and we are thankful. This time was the unexpected yellow jackets nest on the house. He came and treated area and will follow up to make sure they are gone. We always look forward to him coming and keeping us bug/insect free.
