Rodent control #1 problem. Send workers over and they just spray around house for bugs and lay stickie traps. Didn't know they did free inspections. If the inspection was done first, the rodent problem would not have multiplied. No promised email for estimate. Wrote email to Orkin - no response. Very unprofessional.

Had the appointment scheduled from 8-10 am was out of the house till 12:30 pm Orkin finally arrived at 1:15 pm telling me they had the appointment scheduled from 12-2 pm which has left me with no other option but to leave my house again for another 3 hours for a whopping 7 hour total of time wasted. I have never been so dissatisfied with a service before the inconvenience this has caused me is frustrating because I even called this morning and was assured my appointment was at 8-10 AM NOT 12-2 PM. I even have confirmation texts and emails stating my appointment was from 8-10 AM. Overall horrible customer service do not recommend going to orkin as this was my first and LAST service I will ever have from them.

We bought a new home which came with some additional guests. I first called Batzner but they couldn’t come because they cannot staff their company. So I called the Orkin Man, well actually a woman :-). Sorry Batzner, you lost my business. She was here bright and early. She was knowledgeable and informative, thorough and understanding. She had a lot of work to do and did it like a champ! I will definitely call on Orkin again!

I was met by Douglas who had called to see if I was available earlier than the time we had previously scheduled. He showed up on time and was very up front and incredibly professional. We walked the perimeter of our home and he showed me things to look for and things he’d learned over his 30 years experience (wow!). Once we reached the wasp issue on the roof, he surveyed the site, sprayed the formula into the vent and then made sure the area was saturated so that other yellow jackets returning later would also get covered. He then informed me of the next steps and what to be looking for specific to the wasp nest and to call if the problem persists. It was a wonderful experience! Thank you, Douglas!
