Just got my first visit from an Orkin technician, and I must say I'm somewhat disappointed. During my first call to Orkin, which took 32 minutes, I specifically asked if their fee would cover plugging all the holes on the outside of the house. I asked this question more than once because it was one of my concerns. I was assured several times during that conversation that that would all be included in the fee. Now I was told today by the technician that my case seems to be a little more substantial than most and it would require an extra visit from another one of your associates who may be assessing an extra fee for plugging the holes on the outside of the house. So based on the fact that Orkin may be reversing what I was initially told during the first 32-minute conversation with this company, I am somewhat apprehensive as to what this extra fee might amount to and disappointed at this new development.

Orkin does a good job. The guy who does our house is awesome, super personable, professional, and efficient. He claims to also be a good golfer, we’re not sure on the accuracy of that but I’ll take him at his word I suppose.

My only frustration is that I get a text the day before letting me know the time frame Orkin will be at our house and I wish it was at least a 48 hour notice. Because if the time doesn’t work then you can’t go to online account and change it and when you call in whomever answers can be rude. The service people that come are super nice and always professional and I really do enjoy the results.
