Michael, Jerry, and Mike all worked with such a sense of urgency on our soon to be home. We got a termite bond, infestation report, mosquito treatment and bug/insect treatment. Michael came out the same day we called for a quote, moved some appointments around the following day so we could get the 10 year termite bate and liquid installed ASAP before closing on our home, and had Jerry come out and treat the house/property for mosquitos all within 3 days. He was patient with us and very responsive to all calls/texts/questions. Very knowledgable and walked us through the whole process and our different options so we could decide what was best for us. We have been using Orkin at our old home for several years. We moved into a new home and was able to easily able to set up service at our new home. We needed a termite bond for our old home and it was super easy to get one. Less than an hour after I called about needing one, I was contacted about it and Mike met me that afternoon to do the inspection, get the contract signed, and service set up. The service was scheduled for the following Monday and they arrived promptly at the designated time and did a great job! Next day, they came to our new home and got everything taken care of there. Everyone involved was very knowledgeable and professional. I would highly recommend using them!

Called them to get a 2nd consultation for pest & termite. Michael came and was very knowledgeable. After the inspection, he sat and spoke with me about the services that I needed. When my kids and I had covid and had to reschedule, he and our tech sent a "check up" text. When I had unknown damage, which turned our to be termite, I sent a text and he was able to tell me what was going on. They have literally been a text away.

The guys that came to our house to start our initial set-up were friendly, and very thorough in doing their job and explained what they were going to do before starting. Michael, Doug and Tina were all very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Michael did an inspection and got everything setup. Doug came out and took his time handling our belongings and explaining what he was doing, why and what we needed to do between monthly services. Tina was very friendly when I called to make our payment. Although she was just getting in the office, she went ahead and took my payment information since I would be unavailable when she was going to be able to enter all the details into my file. Super happy with our choice to go with this company for our pest control needs.

They have a 2 month guarantee on all their services and work. We had to literally beg 3 times to get services rendered on our house where the previous treatments had failed. One of the 3 times the service technician, who had a appointment scheduled for 9 a.m., finally decided to show up at 2 p.m. after I called him 3 times asking him if he was still coming. They only gave me back $50 of the $300 I spent on the company. They would not stand by their guarantee. Stay away from this company especially if you live in the Tuscaloosa, AL area. *Update * 10 days after I canceled my account 250 of the 300 that was spent was refunded back to me. This was after a very nasty argument with the lady that answers the phone in the Tuscaloosa, AL office. She absolutely refused to give the gaurenteed refund back. She claimed to be a manager, but when I talked with the actual manager we then got things straightened out. Stay away from this company especially if you live in Tuscaloosa, Alabama.
