Service is always great! Always on time and friendly. The only qualms that I have is that when they make an appt they don’t contact you to see what works well for the customer, they just send you an appt date. I got a text on Halloween at 6:15pm letting me know that they will be here on Monday and they didn’t even give an estimated time frame. That is not enough sufficient time to tell my job. I’m already home for several hours by the time I got the text. I had to call and leave a voice mail letting them know this. So once again they texted me giving me a Saturday date that also does not work. I guess the only way to resolve this is I made an account login and I will just have to request dates online which I didn’t know you could do until I made the account. Other than that always great service.

Orkin provides thorough service and arrive within time frame given in text. Even when I am not on site, i know the outside will be sprayed completely. Pedro's attention to detail is impeccable. He spotted a wasp nest inside one of the screen doors and treated it before I'd arrived to point it out to him. Great service.

The Orkin experience was so easy and quick. The initial scheduling with Rolf and the initial inspection went smooth. Rolf provided so much information and knowledge about Termite treatment process. His experience and knowledge was apparent. The treatment professional Moses who completed the actual termite treatment was as well very professional. His experience, professionalism, and knowledge was apparent. His took the time to explain exactly what he was going to do and why. He was very detailed and meticulous as he did the treatment. Today I had my home sprayed by Orkin. The customer service was pretty good & I would recommend to friends & family, but who won me over was the Technician that was assigned to my home, Oscar Salas. Oscar treated me as if we were old friends. He crushed custom service! Oscar was so cool I want to sit, light a cigar, & crack open a beer with him. I hope the Orkin chemicals work & take care of my bug issues developed this summer. Nonetheless, Oscar won me over to stick with Orkin! So if you need the Orkin services, ask for Oscar Salas, I think ya'll be happy!!

With all the rain, we’ve had lots of ants around the outside of our house. I called for a follow up appointment with our normal technician. Doug came out promptly treating our entire yard and taking care of us like he always does. Thank you, Doug. We truly appreciate you!!

Terrible service. One tech got there 15 minutes after the scheduled time range. He finished and then 30 minutes later 2 other guys were texting me saying “they’re outside my window” waiting. It was 45min after the scheduled time range. I have to go to work in 15 mins, and one of the guys is following me to my car, asking if I want to reschedule. Are you serious? No, you’re the ones who are extremely late. People have other stuff to do, that’s why I had agreed on the scheduled time. Cancelled service, never using them again. Don’t waste your time, the positive reviews are lying.
