Not like most companies out there in San Antonio that will not let you pay as you go unless, you go on a monthly payment plan. Orkin did not disappoint. Thank you Donny!

The gentleman that came out today he was awesome. He was very patient with me. I had a lot going on and he got everything taken care of and I kept going to him saying hey what about this that or the other and he answered my questions and he helped out with a lot of things and he did what he was supposed to. He didn’t seem frustrated by me coming over and talking to him. I wish I could’ve remembered his name but I’m sorry I didn’t. I just had a lot of stuff going On, but he needs a raise. I’ll tell you that he’s a very good guy that y’all hired. He’s he’s somebody that every company needs a hire a guy like him and He needs to get a get a raise like if he’s hourly he probably needs like a 7 to 8 dollar raise an hour and he’s just wonderful. I’ll tell you that and you work with him so I’m sure you know what I’m talking about he needs to train people to be Not doing the job but just being a good person and polite and very patient and he is great customer service he does with the customer ask with no questions they ask he’s like I got you. I’ll take care of it. Don’t worry about it you’re in good hands.

Today was my first time using Orkin. So far the customer service has been great. The Orkin Man who came over today was very knowledgeable and helpful explaining what to look out for with scorpions. I’m very hopeful they can get this issue resolved soon. I will try to remember to post an update in a few weeks to see how quickly and effectively this first treatment will be. Update on 01/04/24: before Orkin I was seeing at least 1, up to 6 scorpions daily after we moved into a new home. There was certainly an infestation happening. After the Orkin treatment I saw one a few days later that was nearly dead and a small baby one this past weekend as we moved one couch out because a new one was being delivered. That’s all that I’ve seen (I just knocked on wood)! I’m so glad there’s such a big difference in sightings! Very pleased!!! Thank you, Orkin!

Worked with Austin as my technician. He called me to see if I could move up the time frame since he was in the area. I was very appreciative of the courtesy call and was pleased that it wasn’t like other services that you wait around for all day. He was very friendly and explained what he would be doing thoroughly. He did the perimeter inside and outside the home for bugs and insects to resolve our red ant issue. He also knocked down a wasp nest that he saw while doing his spraying which I didn’t even know was there. We are on a schedule now for these service on a monthly basis. I would recommend this service to anyone who likes thorough prompt service! Thanks again Austin!
