Raymond, was prompt, courteous and professional. We had to have termite extermination. They came out on October 12, 2022. We had some cement work done around the house. Orkin was great about coming back and putting the bait stations back, since the bait stations had to be removed due to the cement work. Raymond came to do an inspection of our home inside and out. About 9 months after the initial work was done. He was checking their work and making sure no more issues with termites. All that was checked came out great. He was so kind.

Orkin of El Paso does a good job on letting customer know when they will be there and when they arrive. They also came out free of charge after they had sprayed the yard but rain shortly came in. I called and they had no problem coming back out to property free of charge. Would recommend.
