I never needed professional pest control services prior to today so having the respectful courteous knowledgeable and genuine kindness extended during my sudden time of panicked “pest attack” from Mr Le-Le (excuse name conf) was so calming to me and I appreciate the service from customer service rep taking my panicked call the day prior for immediate new service to the in person home inspection and application of pest control product(s) and recommendations. Monthly service. I have consistently asked that I receive a call before the tech arrives but that has not happened. He regularly shows up when I am not home. I have dogs that have access to the backyard all day. Sadly I may have to find another service.
