Had initial appointment set for 10/30/2023 for around 8:30 a.m. I canceled my appointments for that day so I would be home. Got a text from the tech saying that he couldn’t come out till 10/31/2023 at 09:30 a.m. I agreed cause I understand that things happen and sometimes schedules can be messed up to start with. So I again cancelled the appointments I had that morning.Got a text from tech on 10/30/2023 in the evening, he again confirmed that he would be at my house around 09:30 on 10/31/2023. Well on 10/31/2023 at 09:37 a.m. I get a text from the tech informing that he wouldn’t be out till around 11:30…… wondering if I should just text the tech and cancel and find another company to work with.

I called and asked about getting a termite inspection and report for a house I am buying and was told "Unfortunately, Orkin doesn't do those." Which really confused me based on the fact they have advertised 3/4 of their business on termite control.

Obviously doesn't understand how a home buyer has a home inspection and termite inspection done on a property before closing. Chuckled when I suggested this is how it works like im a idiot. Says "have the listing agent call and schedule".
