Michael was very professional and explained everything. He was also very through. Pricing isn't bad either. At first, I thought the price was a bit too high for just using a spray can to spray around the windows, then i thought about it and realized that they use industrial strength spray and the price is worth it. Especially if i don't see any gnats, bess, or wasps inside my house. I wanted to get a head start on the flying pests before they come back in the house. I'm definitely going to want to get the mosquitoes treatment to help get rid of the lantern flies as I have poor hand eye coordination in trying to get them off me. I would recommend them.

I’m only giving two stars because the traps they set caught mice. Besides that, I’m furious. I was lied to and they tried to take advantage of me. After calling them about evidence of mice, they talk this big game. “Oh we’re the best at catching it. We’ve been in business for blah blah” - they try to swindle you. They send two people out. An inspector and someone else (can’t remember what they call the other guy - maybe a technician?) the first guy came out and he set traps and put copper mesh in entry points. The second guy actually went into the attic and assessed the areas the first guy did. This is where it pissed me off. They go outside to do a report. He comes back in and tells me “that’s the most activity I’ve ever seen in an attic.” He takes over 100 pictures of my attic and tells me what’s wrong. Instead of trying to remedy the problem, I’m presented with a quote of $9,800 for insulation. We’re not even talking about mice at this point and how to get rid of them. I politely declined and said I would get a second opinion. Also out of the 100 pictures they took, they didn’t show me one ounce of mouse poop in the attic. I called the local pest control company who actually talked about remediation and inspected my attic. He told me “there’s nothing wrong with your attic. There’s not even mouse poop up there. Your problem is in the basement and garage” Orkin will try to sell you everything but what you actually need. Go local.
