Got a surprise call today from my local Orkin inspector. He could be in my area in about 20 minutes. I said great, see you soon. He was a very polite gentleman, gave everything a good look. I told him of some plans I had for the near future. And he was on his way. I was glad he didn't find any problems.

Bob is our local representative, and he is fantastic. He’s very responsive and punctual. There have been a few occasions I have forgotten he was coming and my kids have left their toys out and in his way. Instead of spraying around them or coming back another time he took the time to move them to an area where they would not be sprayed on. That says a lot about his level of professionalism and his dedication to make sure he’s doing his job as safely as possible.

Orkin (located in Washington PA), has been well worth the cost of the service.. The service people are always personable and professional. All questions are pleasantly and informatively answer. They call the evening before to let me know what time period they expect to arrive, in a 2 hour window. They have never been late. Very happy with office.

This was the first time I’ve been home when our technician arrived - what a great guy! He called ahead yesterday to let us know when he would arrive - and he was right on time. He came to the door, asked if there were any concerns we needed addressed (which there were not because he has always done a great job) and got right to work. Very happy to have him protecting our house from pests!!

The tech just got there on time in a marked vechilce, asked me if I had any issues and started spraying outside. He then brought 2 cans inside and sprayed around windows and doors. He didn’t spray under sinks and seemed very quick. I didn’t see value in the price I paid. Not sure I will use this service again.

I called to have a bald faced hornet nest removal. Tech showed up on time. However tech sprayed active next, dead near and around a window where yellow jackets were. About 1/2 of the hornet net was left for me to dispose. Tech was in and out, in about 30 minute and I was charged an obscene amount of money for something I had to go behind him and clean up. I will not use their services again I’m very disappointed and dissatisfied.
