Dealing with bed bugs and bees and these guys were just fantastic! Ms. Briana explained everything of the typical process of said bugs and each step of the treatment process. I loved how patient and kind she was with me making sure I understood without condemnation or judgement. Set up every other month plan with them as well because I refuse to work with anyone else after this. I’ve had so many issues with other company’s. They took the cake with the plate!

I've been using Orkin for almost a year now, never had issues with Brian he's a great guy, but then they started sending Prizma who says that she's done her job but she doesn't, my wife caught her "spraying" with a sprayer that wasn't working. They charged for a service they didn't do because i rescheduled, when I called to make a complaint they just tell you everything you want to hear but then completely forget about you. This will probably be it for them.
