They came out for 10 mins set out 4 sticky traps and charged me $200. They said they come out again and do more surveying but it’s will cost me. $200 for 4 sticky traps is ridiculous!

Love the Product it does get rid of those horrible little insects. How ever the company lacks good communication with there customers. If your not the type to be constantly checking your emails or voice messages they will surprise you at the most inconvenient time, I have mentioned on my application that I prefer afternoons mornings don't work for me. But they still continue to come in the morning and a text would be appreciated. I sure hope we can resolve the problem.

The initial service was terrible. No information was given as to the treatment, the service technician was unprofessional and I was dissatisfied with the entire experience to the point I called the location and canceled the rest of the contract. I was told that I would receive a call from a manager but I never did. Evidently someone did not get the memo about me canceling the service and I received a call from a different technician stating he was on his way to my residence. The technician that did eventually come for the second treatment was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He explained the service and answered all of the questions presented. I commend him for rebuilding my trust in your company. Great job.

Did good work when it came to the insulation and we’re very nice and explained things well. The termite work they did was ok. The trench’s we were told was gonna be 6inchs deep and at first they had just scratched the surface maybe 1-2inchs I asked them to go to 6inchs and they took them deeper but not to 6inchs still after asking 4-5times I just stopped. Seemed to have put a lot of chemical to the eye. They placed serval bate stations and I was very appreciative of that. They originally put too many and took out several and filled the holes in upon me asking them to. The trench’s were back filled but not very well I asked them to make it look nice and not to leave any holes. On a scale 1-10 on this I’d say a 5. Used only feet with no tools to actually make it right after again asking 4-5times. Holes in the concrete were done and upon time to leave they hadn’t filled them in I again had to ask them to fill in the holes and what they did was much better then just holes in our concrete. Overall they did a 7 outta 10 job. Quality Control for this crew just wasn’t there. But they did as I asked(kinda)to the best of their ability.
