He carefully inspected the house and took actions to protect and prevent He kept us informed on his actions and discussed the next steps for our maintenance program. He also made recommendations for us on additional prevention measures we can take on the structure.

Orkin’s intake was not great. I had to repeat my details three or four times to different people. However, Ronaldo from the local team was phenomenal. VIP hands down. He solved our issue, was able to followup quickly, communicated professionally, and was very transparent about the process. We would be happy to work with him again.

My original company who i loved going through got bought out by this company and now I have dealt with ants every month in my house and they arent dealing with the source and wants to up charge me because the service i pay for isnt working the first time. I dont create ants in my house and paying for a service they should kill the colony instead of just spraying the surroundings. My best guy does everything he is allowed to so this doesn't reflect him its the company itself it reflects. I will be looking for another pest service willing to do the job and make sure its working without charging me more My actual pest service guy is amazing the company he works for isnt my favorite
