We’ve been with Orkin for years. At one time they were spraying for bugs and did a great job. Then our usual person was replaced with different people that just didn’t do as well. That and a serious price hike left us looking for another provider. But this review is regarding our termite bait system. Yesterday I was pulling out of our driveway as 3 trucks were pulling in. I stopped and asked what was up since no one had contacted me and was told they were inspecting my termite bait stations. I said “don’t you all give some notice since you need access to my backyard?” They young man said “oh sorry, I will make a note of it, can we do the service today?” I said “sure, my dogs are inside. But it really would help if I had notice so I could make sure they are inside next time”. I left. They did their work and left. And, when I got home I let our dogs outside. And later found them wandering around in front of our house because they hadn’t shut the gate before leaving. Really?!? Come on Orkin. At least hire people who are responsible. I made mention of the dogs so why wouldn’t the young man make sure all gates were shut? To make matters worse, I was walking around and found that many of the baits they’d serviced now have broken lids. Most won’t shut properly and instead of replacing with a new lid, they just left them partially open. And, some were left completely open and the baits themselves were left out of the green containers. They are lying there near the baits totally exposed. Seriously?!? I contacted my local Orkin and was told someone would call me back in 24-48 hours. Not acceptable. This is shoddy work. When we move I will definitely have the termite baits installed. It won’t be with Orkin however. At the time I’m writing this, I’m still waiting on a call from Orkin.

I’ve used Orkin before yes service has always been great…BUT we had a guy by the name of Patrick Deis do our service and he was very efficient and knowledgeable and letting us know everything we really appreciate him…

Had Travis Gerard come out and inspect my home did an amazing job very respectful and knowledgeable. Patrick Deis did the treatment of my home did a superb job and was very efficient and respect will highly recommend them both for anyone I know that needs there great service

I have had the worse experience with this company. Nobody there will read the notes regarding the time needed or calling before coming out. The reason for the set Saturday is to cut down on coming out before closing time, yet still nobody will call and then say that they treated the outside now I never believe that the job outside was ever done, this is why I requested to be notified before coming so I can witness the work myself. I’ve even spoken with a supervisor several times that stated she would make the notes herself in all the correct places and her we are again dissatisfied with this nonsense.

I’ve been consistently using Orkin as my pest control for about 3 years now and I am never disappointed! Mark is usually my service tech and he is a very nice guy! He’s always willing to do anything I ask and never lets me feel bad about the condition of my house! Which means a lot because being a working mom/ Gigi holding down 2 jobs while raising my 14 year old daughter & 6 year old grandson and caring for my immediate family and 6 pets! Life can be too busy to keep everything immaculate at all times! I would always definitely recommend and do tell my friends! The stuff really works!! Very reasonable price as well! #Happycustomer😁

Josh and Melvin were great to work with. They came out as I spotted a couple of mice, and they checked out my crawlspace and noticed some moisture. I'm glad they gave me options to think about for the crawlspace and how to ensure my house doesn't have future issues. They also helped identify where mice were getting in and fixed that!

We have a unique situation that is hard to deal with, but our tech listens and is responsive to our feedback. We've needed a couple of touch up treatments they did at no cost. Yes, you will spend money each month for their regularly scheduled bi-monthly treatments, but reasonable touch ups are included, and they're getting to know our unique situation to treat it more effectively.
