After being stung and bitten this weekend, they were able to respond to my request in just a few days. Tyler F was very professional and answered all of my questions. It is worth it to have peace of mind that I can call back within 30 days for no extra charge if there are any signs of activity with the nest. I am glad to have called Orkin.
