I wanted to help my mom by having Orkin remove some chipmunks that were in her attic. They convinced me to add additional services that were probably unnecessary, charged me an arm and a leg, and then didn't even get rid of the chipmunks. I called in to report the issue and texted the origianl employee that came out to do the work. The employee has ignored my messages and Orkin hasn't made it right. They also claimed they'd have a manager contact me--that hasn't happened yet. Very dissapointed by this company. Avoid these guys at all costs in the NorthEastern PA region unless you want to get taken advantage of for trying to help your parents.

Abysmal customer service and company as a whole. Their formula didn’t even work. But, the techs were great. Very nice people. Customer service never returned my calls, hung up on me when I asked to speak to someone about my bill, and charged my account anyway meanwhile I have about 4 messages on my file waiting for them. Awful company and I will be telling my family, friends, and community to stay away from Orkin and go with Erlich. Oh, they answered my last call to cancel my account without asking any questions or trying to retain my business either. Horrible experience.

They gave me a price per month and said it could be cancelled at any time , when the bill came it was 200.00 more than stated, when I called to cancel I was told you signed for a year, I did not sign other than for my credit card. Very poor business practice. I certainly am not paying for this service and if necessary will go to court.

Scheduled an appointment to spray for wasps with someone very helpful. Took my phone number and email and was told I would be contacted the next day. Made me think it would be quick and painless. Left work early to make my 4-6 appointment. Waited for about 30 minutes no one showed. I called in to see the eta was told no one was available and hung up on. Called my local branch got through to someone helpful who was surprised they never called me. Once again took my email and phone number and sent out an "emergency electronic notification" to get someone there. Was again assured someone would call or email. No one showed no one called no one emailed. Left a voicemail at 8:30 to call me back and left my number and no one bothered calling back. Waste of time terrible service.

I can’t leave enough negative reviews. I have a monthly service because last year I found bugs I thought were termites so I set up traps and a monthly service. Two of their “pros” told me they don’t think they are termites but we set up the traps anyway and I get sprayed quarterly. Fast forward a year later, I find them again so I schedule an appointment to get them taken care of. They give me a date week later, give me a time slot and come after the time slot so I have to postpone. Another week later they give me a time slot and show up two hours past the time slot. I send someone to see to meet them and they are there a total of two minutes to spray and say I have termites and someone will be in touch. A month later no one’s been in touch, I’ve been trying for 3 weeks to cancel my service. No one is ever in to talk to me and they will call back and never do. More money was taken out of my account. What a joke. I have more bugs than I did before I started this treatment. They have no knowledge, no customer service and it’s a waste

The mice are gone after 1 treatment! We have our house back. No more mouse poops in my dishes, pots and pans, counters. No more eaten food. We are so grateful for Orion. Wish we’d done it sooner. 😎

I had major issues with mice and squirrels! Dan came out and did a fantastic job taking care of the mice situation inside and outside! Very thorough and explained what he was doing as he did it. And Rich did an amazing job with my squirrels that I had in my attic! He went above and beyond to take care of the situation! Very nice guy and answered all my questions and put me at ease. I’m just so grateful for all that they did for me and nice to know they are there for me if needed in the future!

We are just coming to an end with our 2nd service year and signed up for our next. We get excellent service from you guys. We built a new home and with all the mixes of home stuff. We guys kept our home clean from all the different bugs and spiders that came along. Thank you for the great service. We also at our last service we were lucky enough to have a new service tech, the gentleman’s name was Mason, he was great at customer service care along with doing a great job. Thanks again
