Today, my residence was serviced by Gage. He demonstrated professionalism, efficiency, and attentiveness to my concerns. Gage is an excellent representative of Orkin. Thank you, Gage. I also want to acknowledge Troy and Caleb for their support; as the GM of a hotel in Boise, I appreciate their willingness to assist on short notice. All three colleagues consistently perform at a high level, and their efforts are greatly appreciated. Thank you, Orkin.

We have used Orkin many times over the years as we moved around the country, especially in Arkansas where termites were very prevalent. Our experience has always been excellent. We developed a mouse problem and selected Orkin to resolve. John M., the service technician, did not disappoint. He was professional, friendly, and very informative with 30+ years of experience. He gave me a clear understanding of his treatment strategy and performed a very thorough exterior examination to find point of entry. This was the 1st visit and are expecting great results. We want John to be our dedicated technician

Michael was great! He asked the property with me to see where my concerns were and then did a very thorough job of cleaning first then spraying and adding copper mesh to stop the rodents from getting under the house. I'm looking forward to not spiders and rodents :)

Michael was here and thoroughly inspected my home. He found the yellow jacket nest, destroyed it and followed up with cleaning all the webs and other debris from outside our house. We are very happy with him and the service.

John is amazing at his job. He is such an amazing guy. He is always there to answer any questions or address any concerns we may have. He always makes sure to let us know what he is doing, the products he is using and why. He is always very thorough and makes sure to let us know that if we have any concerns, to call and he will come back out. He is also very respectful of our property. He makes sure to close the gates after he leaves, which is a big help as we have free rooming chickens and a puppy that likes to escape. This most recent visit, we needed to have our shed treated and I left the door open for him so he could treat the inside. When I came back, I found he had even remembered to close the shed. It is so nice to find someone who takes such pride in their work and always makes sure to go that extra mile.

CJ was prompt and courteous. He thoroughly explained the terms of the contract and services, explained which products would be used and answered all questions clearly. He did the treatment both inside and outside. He was quite knowledgeable about conditions and any potential developments that could arise. CJ was professional and friendly. I was very pleased with his work and the other contacts with Orkin. I would recommend him and his company highly. Much appreciated!

Robert was great and took the time to assure me that the bull snake in my crawl space would leave the house! Not killing the snake was important, so that's why we went with Orkin.

CJ is always prompt and courteous for our quarterly service. He calls the day before to give an estimated arrival time, which is accurate. Much better than a typical 4 hour window some businesses give. We haven't had bug issues in the house since starting service with orkin. We noticed some wasp nests under gutters over the summer and orkin came out the next day and dealt with them at no additional cost. Definitely recommend orkin and CJ!

John is very personable. He educated us how the service for this time of year worked with the weather we were having. We feel confident with the service given and the information we learned- because he took the time to tell us all about it! Thank you for that!
