I have used Orkin to keep our house free and clear of pests for several years now and have no complaints other than the rising price (approx 60% increase) over the past few years. We have had the same technician, Steve, for years and he always did a great job! Steve has been moved to a new route and we had a new technician today named Colby - he did a thorough job, was friendly, and I believe he will continue the great customer service we have become accustomed to with Orkin. I might consider a move to a lower priced pest control company if it wasn’t for the great service from Steve and now Colby.

They are an unresponsive company. I have been a loyal customers for years with no issues. Lately I have had a rodent issue in my backyard, they want to upcharge you for extra help and I have made several attempts to contact someone in the office and after 3 weeks still no reply. Be aware they are little not help when you really need assistance. A call back or email reply would have been great, but that has not happened.

These guys do a great job. First visit was great, they did a lot and explained a lot of information about the treatment. I had Terminix in the past, they were horrible and didn’t explain anything. My home was treated for Scorpion prevention.

Uriah was my service person. He was kind, caring, and efficient. He explained my contract, hand me sign after he went over the details, then he proceeded to spray my house inside and out, he set the trap for rodents. He answered all questions I had and provided great customer service. Overall, it was a great experience. I am looking forward to my follow up visit. I am glad i chose Orkin.

They never come when the services are due. The phone representatives never have any records of my phone calls. The guys that come are pleasant and professional. They don’t have anything to do with what is going on in the office. If they had a good manager, it would be a great company. On line reviews say the same thing.

I started seeing scorpions and spiders in my new home which has obviously put me on edge. I tried another company but was not impressed with the results or professionalism of their technicians. I decided to give Orkin a chance and right off the bat I could tell a difference in the quality of service from the customer service representative who helped me decide on a treatment plan. Today was my first appointment, and I have to say, Pablo was the best! He was very patient and took the time to answer all of my questions and put my mind at ease. I feel like I will sleep better tonight without thinking I have something crawling on me every time the fan blows a loose hair my direction. ? I am definitely sticking with Orkin (and Pablo)!!
